4 · Relay builder — drag a swimmer to a slot to move them · 🔒 lock relays you like · optimize the rest
auto-fill stays in-group — swim-ups are manual via the picker · leg times = better of flat PR or 2026 relay split (rly)
Moving a swimmer — drag them onto another slot, or click a slot and then click where they should go (use this on a touch screen; dragging does not work there). Dropping onto an occupied slot swaps the two. Dragging someone in from the roster list fills an empty slot, or — if the relay is full — asks which of the four should come out.
Reordering — on a medley, moving a swimmer changes the stroke they swim. On a free relay it sets the racing order only; the projected time is the same either way, so lead-off and anchor are yours to call.
🔒 Lock a relay to keep it exactly as it is: Optimize open relays and the Optimize tab will both leave it alone and fill the rest around it.
Symbols — ↑ swim-up (one younger swimmer, max one per relay) · rly the leg time came from a real relay split · NT=xx an assumed time, nothing on record · ⚠ something needs a look.
Changes here flow straight through to the Events tab and the Entry Sheet.

Each chart shows the median Gold / Silver / Bronze time by year (the time to beat for each medal; higher = faster). The shaded bands mark each medal zone (gold / silver / bronze); the dashed purple line is our best — the band it lands in is the predicted finish. Pick a group:
